IAS trainee Puja Khedkar misses LBSNAA deadline amid fraud allegations over disability and OBC quota certificates.
Trainee IAS officer Puja Khedkar of Maharashtra did not report to the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Administrative Finals (Fears). She had been put on hold while questions about her selection were asked. Khedkar, who has now switched off his phones along with the officer at DACOs office faces charges of procuring disability certificates on false grounds. The Pune Collector's Office has started a probe and the Centre asked the Pune Police to confirm if her parents were married. Khedkar is facing charges that she opted for OBC non-creamy layer quota benefits on the ground of her parents having separated and zero income from father, who served with Maharashtra government as former civil servant. The matter is being probed for complicity under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016.
