Congress leader Rahul Gandhi asks Lok Sabha Speaker Om birla to restore expunged portions of his maiden speech as LoP He alleged that the Speaker did a "selective expunction", mentioning Thakur's speech where there was only one word which was removed in spite of multiple allegations. Gandhi alleged that the position of Lok Sabha rules and parliamentary democracy had been weakened by actions on part of the Speaker. He asked to revive his comments on the BJP over NEET and Agnipath scheme. Gandhi clarified that he made his statements on the basis of ground realities and as a member every individuals have some duty to voice people's concerns. In Modi ji's world, truth can be expunged.
