The second part of ‘Stree’, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao also stayed on the box office and has emerged as the highest grossing Hindi film of 2024 so far. Fifty-five days into its release, the horror-comedy has outgrossed “Kalki 2898 AD (Hindi)” and is closing in on the Rs 500 crore mark.

The movie cast contains Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurrana, and Abhishek Banerjee, and it has become very popular because of incorporating Indian mythology and a horror-comedy genre. With the eighth position, “Stree 2” grossed Rs. 18 crore on the ninth day and a cumulative of Rs. 308 crore. This is expected to cross Rs 350 crore by the second weekend and should touch Rs 400 crore by the subsequent week.
